Change of Mind

Once an order has been confirmed by the customer and dispatched, it cannot be returned due to a change of mind, personal preference, or simply because the customer no longer wishes to keep the product.

Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a parcel that is damaged, defective, or has any issue with the product, you may submit a return or refund claim.

To be eligible for a claim:

• You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
• You must provide clear photos and/or a video of the parcel and the issue clearly showing the damage or problem.
• Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery, without the required photos or video, will not be accepted.
• Our team will review the submitted evidence and confirm whether the claim qualifies for a return or refund.
• If the claim is approved, the applicable return delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
• Once the returned parcel is received and the issue is verified, the eligible amount will be refunded after any applicable deductions.
