Change of Mind

Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a parcel that is damaged, defective, or has any issue with the product, you may submit a return or refund claim.
To be eligible for a claim:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
- You must provide clear photos and/or a video of the parcel and the issue clearly showing the damage or problem.
- Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery, without the required photos or video, will not be accepted.
- Our team will review the submitted evidence and confirm whether the claim qualifies for a return or refund.
- If the claim is approved, the applicable return delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
- Once the returned parcel is received and the issue is verified, the eligible amount will be refunded after any applicable deductions.
